We do not offer exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are unable to process returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
