Will you be restocking this item?
Restock information is listed directly on each product page. If a restock date is shown, that is the estimated time the item will become available again. If no date is displayed, it means a restock has not yet been scheduled.
To be notified as soon as an item is restocked, we recommend subscribing to the waitlist on the product page. Once the item becomes available, you’ll receive an email notification.
If you’re looking for more specific information about a particular item or upcoming restocks, please feel free to contact us by email and our team will be happy to assist.
I want to cancel or change a recent order
Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been processed. Once processing begins, we are unable to make changes or accept cancellations.
To request a cancellation or modification, please send us an email as soon as possible with your order number and requested changes. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes are not guaranteed once processing has started.

Delivery Timeframes
All U.S. orders are delivered within approximately 2–8 business days, depending on your location. Orders shipping to California typically fall within this timeframe.
Please note that we do not offer Saturday delivery or next-day shipping at this time.
International shipping typically takes 6–10 business days, with delivery times varying by location.

We currently ship within the continental United States only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the following locations:

Shipping Providers
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
We are unable to offer a choice of carrier, as the delivery provider is selected based on the shipping region and the most efficient option available.
Delivery Responsibility & Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We do not take responsibility for deliveries sent to third-party shipping companies or freight forwarders. Orders shipped to these addresses are sent at the customer’s own risk.
Refused or Missed Deliveries
Please do not refuse a delivery. Refused or undeliverable shipments will incur both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. Any refund issued in these cases will be minus all delivery and return fees.
We strongly recommend ensuring that you—or someone you trust—is available to accept the delivery at the provided home or work address.
